On request, we will be happy to provide you with a baby cot/crib or an extra bed for older children and adults. For this service we charge €10,- or €30,- per night incl. breakfast.

The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us.

Our room rates include a rich and high-quality breakfast in our modern breakfast room. Enjoy your breakfast in a friendly ambience on weekdays and trade fair days from 6:30 am to 10:00 am and on weekends and public holidays from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. We are happy to provide you with a packed lunch on request.

In the stairwell, a house bar is available to our guests around the clock on a trust basis. You are welcome to help yourself - we will then book the drinks to your room. Simply fill in the form and put it in the letterbox or hand it in at reception.

Your little friends are welcome with us after prior registration and for an extra charge. Overnight stays with animals are only possible in the Standard room category.

The health of our guests and staff is our top priority. To ensure that you can feel safe and comfortable with us, we implement a professional hygiene concept and observe the distance rules. We always adapt our hygiene and safety standards to the current situation in cooperation with the health authorities.

Please note that you are in a non-smoking hotel. We kindly ask you not to smoke in your room. In case of non-compliance we take the liberty to charge you the amount of €150,- for cleaning costs.

Our reception is staffed Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. On weekends we are irregularly on site, but always reachable by phone. With your room key you have access around the clock through the hotel entrance. You can reach our reception by telephone on +49 (0)5132 - 86 78 - 11.

Cancellations or changes made by 12:00 noon on the day before arrival are free of charge. Exceptions apply for special rates, trade fairs or group bookings.
