Prices
In general, our price lists on our website and in the brokerage portals apply. Hotel room prices may change daily. Only in the case of written offers or written agreements are the prices stated in the offer or agreement valid.

Cancellations – Events
If you withdraw from your planned stay, event or use of our services (cancellation), the following cancellation fees apply based on the event price:

Conferences, celebrations or other events
Up to 8 weeks before the event, we reserve the right to charge 40% of the agreed conference flat rate or costs, and up to 2 weeks before the event, 70%.

Any withdrawal by the customer from the contract requires the hotel’s written consent.

Changes – Events
You are asked to inform us up to 3 days until 6 a.m. before weddings, family celebrations, conferences or other events about the exact number of persons.  The number of persons that have been registered by then will be charged.

However, if less than 95% of the registered persons take part in the event, we reserve the right to charge you the difference up to the tolerance limit (95%). If more people are being served than are booked, we will charge according to the actual number of people.

Changes or additions to bookings or events should be made in writing. Unilateral changes or additions by the customer are invalid.

Damages
You are liable for damage or loss that occurs during your stay or your event, unless the damage is within our area of responsibility or was caused by a third party and the third party actually pays for the damage.

Cancellations – Third party services
The terms and conditions of the supplier or partner from whom we obtain the service apply here. We pass on the fees as they are charged to us.

The customer’s withdrawal from the contract concluded with the hotel requires the hotel’s written consent.

Terms of payment
Hotel invoices without a due date are payable within 10 days of receipt of the invoice without deduction. The hotel is entitled at any time to declare accrued claims due and to demand immediate payment. In the event of default in payment, the hotel is entitled to charge the respectively applicable statutory default interest in the amount of currently 8% or, in the case of legal transactions involving a consumer, in the amount of 5% above the base interest rate. The hotel reserves the right to prove higher damages.

Final Provisions
Place of performance and payment is the hotel’s registered office.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction – also for disputes concerning checks and bills of exchange – is the registered office of the hotel in the case of commercial consumption. Insofar as a contractual partner fulfills the requirements of § 38 para. 2 ZPO (Code of Civil Procedure) and has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the hotel.

German law applies. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict of laws is excluded.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions for Events be invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In all other respects the statutory provisions shall apply.
